Please note that the program is subject to change without prior notice due to weather and tide conditions.

Can I cancel or change my travel date? And what is the refund policy?

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

In case of change Postponement of travel date or cancellation must be notified 1-3 days prior to departure date.
In the event that the customer has arrived, there will be a monsoon storm and an emergency announcement has been issued to stop the boat leaving from the National Park Service. The company is happy to refund the cost of the sea tour according to the selling price. (not related to fees)
If the cancellation does not meet the specified conditions, the company reserves the right to refund the money in all cases.
