Overview
💦 The Emerald Pool originates from warm water currents. In the forests of the southern lowlands It is a hot spring with 3 hot spring pools: Sa Kaeo, Sa Morakot, and Sa Phut. The water is clear and emerald green. The temperature is about 30-50 degrees Celsius. The surrounding area is a lush, shady forest with interesting plants.
🚶🏻♂️ From the parking lot, walk about 800 meters to reach the Emerald Pool. Or go another way, which is an educational path. The natural distance is approximately 2.7 kilometers, but no matter which way you walk, you will meet at the same emerald pool. But it is recommended that when walking into the pool you should follow the normal route. On the way back, we returned to the nature trail, walking in circles.
🌳 The nature trail is a lush green forest. Shady with interesting plants. It’s a good place to see rare birds such as the black-bellied pitta. Brown kingfisher, black hornbill, etc. Along the way, you will find flowing water and small and large ponds along the way, very beautiful.
