Q: Can I cancel or change my travel date? And what is the refund policy?

Cancellation and Refund Policy: In case of change Postponement of travel date or cancellation must be notified 7 days prior to departure date. In the event that the customer has arrived, there will be a monsoon storm and an emergency announcement has been issued to stop the boat leaving from the National Park Service. The company is happy to refund the cost of the sea tour according to the selling price. (not related to fees) If the customer cancels less than 12 hours before departure or does not meet the specified conditions, the company reserves the right to refund in all cases.

Are there any safety restrictions?

Infants under 1 year old, individuals over 60 years old,
And travelers with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, asthma, and bone disease are not allowed to participate in the tour.
